If you have a chronic condition or are caring for someone who does, this FREE workshop series is for you. This workshop will be held on Tuesdays and Thursday beginning Aprill 11 from 2:30 pm- 5:00 pm through April 27th. Umpqua Community Health Center will be joining Mercy at its Douglas County Women's Expo on April 18, 2017 from 4:00 pm-7:30 pm at Umpqua Community College in the Bonnie Ford Health, Nursing and Science Center. Visit our table and pick up great information about community resources and services for women in Douglas County.
Saturday, April 29, 2017 Celebrate Children at Wildlife Safari
Join Umpqua Community Health Center "Celebrate Children" at Wildlife Safari on April 29, 2017 from 11 AM - 3PM. There will be lots of fun activities, booths and representatives from many Douglas County companies and agencies. Please be sure to stop by the UCHC booth to pick up fun prizes and information about our services.
Umpqua Community Health Center participated in the Community Baby Shower on March 18, 2017 from 11am-1pm. This event was for pregnant and new mothers. Attendees learned about local community resources to help with new moms and babies.

Saturday, January 28, 2017 Immunization Clinic and Health Fair
Umpqua Community Health Center and UCAN Child Services are teaming up to provide an immunization clinic to help working parents get their kids ready for exclusion day. Children's Institute, Yoncalla Early Works, Head Start, Nurse Home Visitors, and others will be there to provide educational material for children birth-middle school and answer questions. Join us! This event is located at Douglas County Health and Social Services, Drain. 316 W. A Ave, Drain, OR from 10 am- 2 pm.

Myrtle Creek Halloween Street Fair
